In today's competitive multi-family housing market, property managers and owners must work wisely to keep residents happy, stay one step ahead of the competition, and keep marketing and concession costs down.  Savvy Girl PR understands this and with our decades worth of experience in multi-family and commercial property management, we have insight into what tenants/residents would enjoy as well as what management needs to provide.  Through this insight we have developed a program of onsite property events as a way for management companies to offer resident retention/appreciation events at no additional costs or effort to management.  We take care of the planning, coordination, and vendor recruitment for you, providing your residents with a series of fun and exciting events throughout the year that are tailored to your community's needs.

Below is a listing of events that we are able to provide your community.  All that is required of the community and management is use of the clubhouse or community facility to hold the event and an agreement to efficiently market/advertise the event to the community residents. These events are soley for community residents but can be open to public attendees upon your request.
